SMS Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the text message (SMS/MMS) program offered by In the Solution Pool Care (“we,” “us,” or “our”), an owner-operated residential pool service in Cape Coral, Florida. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms.

Program description

When you opt in, we send text messages related to your pool service and account, which may include:

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders for service visits.
• Service-day updates and notifications about your account.
• Billing, invoice, and payment notifications.
• Replies to your questions and general customer care.
• Occasional announcements relevant to your service (for example, schedule changes).

How to opt in

You consent to receive text messages from us when you provide your mobile number for this purpose — for example, when you request service, share your number during booking or a service visit, submit it through our website, or text us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

How to opt out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and will not send you any further texts unless you opt in again. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP, or contact us.

Carrier liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you are at least 18 years old.
• You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate your mobile number.
• You agree not to use our messaging program for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

Privacy

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows when they were last revised; continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
